Where are your locations in the Netherlands?
You can schedule a test drive at one of our locations across the Netherlands, including Apeldoorn, Amstelveen, Arnhem, and several other cities. Visit our locations page to view all available locations or easily book a test drive at the location nearest to you.
Can I have the bicycle delivered assembled?
Absolutely! All our bicycles and fat bikes can be ordered fully assembled. Simply select the “assembled” delivery option on the product page, and we will deliver your bike ready to ride using our own transport. Any ordered accessories will be delivered separately.
What makes a bicycle good?

What are the shipping costs?
We ship all our fat bikes and bicycles, whether boxed or fully assembled, completely free of charge. Parts and accessories are also shipped for free on orders over €45.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery times are displayed on each product page. In-stock items are shipped immediately on weekdays. For fully assembled bicycles, delivery times may vary as they are delivered using our own transport. You will be notified of the delivery date and can track the driver on the day of delivery via live track & trace.
